Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of parameterstrategies.ai (the "Site"), operated by Parameter Strategies ("we," "us," or "our"), an AI consulting firm based in Austin, Texas.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to your use of the website itself. Any consulting engagement you enter into with us is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls in case of conflict.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site, submitting a contact form, or otherwise interacting with our content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Use of the site

You may use the Site to learn about our services, read our blog and case studies, and contact us about a potential engagement. In using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any connected systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact form
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or excessive automated traffic
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization

Consulting services

The Site describes services we offer (custom AI tools, discovery and strategy engagements, ongoing maintenance, and related work). Descriptions on the Site are for informational purposes and do not constitute an offer to perform services on any particular terms.

Any actual consulting engagement requires a separate signed agreement between you and Parameter Strategies that sets forth the scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, confidentiality obligations, ownership of work product, and other commercial terms. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship, professional obligation, or binding commitment by either party.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, blog posts, case studies, designs, and code, is owned by Parameter Strategies or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Sharing a link to a public page on the Site is welcome and does not require permission.

"Parameter Strategies" and the Parameter Strategies logo are trademarks of Parameter Strategies. You may not use them without prior written consent.

Third-party content and links

The Site may link to or embed content from third parties (including Airtable for our contact form, Google Analytics, and links to external articles or tools). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Blog posts, case studies, and other educational content on the Site reflect our views and observations at the time of writing. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Outcomes described in case studies are specific to the clients and circumstances involved and are not guarantees of results in any other engagement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Parameter Strategies, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability arising from or related to the Site (separate from any consulting engagement) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability under any consulting engagement is governed by the terms of the agreement for that engagement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Parameter Strategies and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
