AI for Trucking, Freight & Logistics Operators

Custom AI tools for trucking carriers, freight brokers, last-mile delivery operators, fleet managers, and 3PLs. Match loads faster, route smarter, automate the paperwork that bleeds margin, and protect every penny per mile.

The work that decides whether the lane is profitable

Transportation runs on cents per mile and minutes of dwell time. Most of the difference between a good month and a bad month is operational: how fast you matched the load, how clean the paperwork was, how often the truck was loaded both ways. The work in between is where margin lives, or dies.

Empty miles and slow load matching

Every mile run empty is margin gone. Finding the right backhaul takes a dispatcher scrolling load boards, calling brokers, and matching availability against driver hours by hand.

Driver and customer communication

"Where's my load?" calls from customers, ETA changes from drivers, dispatch updates that need to go to both, all of it on phones that ring constantly. A small ops team gets buried.

Paperwork drag

Bills of lading, proofs of delivery, rate confirmations, invoices, accessorial claims. Manual data entry, photographed docs, follow-ups for missing signatures. Slow paperwork delays cash.

Maintenance and downtime surprises

A truck breaking down in the wrong place takes a day out of the week and lines up an angry customer. Predictive maintenance is widely talked about and rarely implemented because the data lives in five systems.

Custom AI tools for transportation operators

Built around your TMS, your ELD, your accounting system, and the way your dispatchers actually run the board. We integrate where it adds value rather than asking you to switch platforms.

Load board scraper and matcher

Watches DAT, Truckstop, and the major load boards continuously. Filters loads against your truck locations, hours of service, and lane preferences. Surfaces ranked matches faster than a human can scroll.

Dispatch operations bot

Handles the routine calls and texts: ETA confirmations, dock appointments, paperwork follow-ups. Frees your dispatchers to handle the exceptions that actually need them.

Route and schedule optimizer

Considers HOS, weather, traffic, fuel stops, and driver preferences. Suggests routes that minimize empty miles and respect every regulation. Adapts when something changes mid-day.

Customer ETA and tracking updates

Auto-updates shippers and consignees with accurate ETAs pulled from your ELD. Cuts the "where's my load" calls that consume your ops desk and visibly raises customer satisfaction.

Document processor (BOL, POD, invoices)

Drivers photograph paperwork; the system extracts data, validates against the load record, flags missing signatures, and pushes into your TMS and accounting. Cuts billing cycle time from days to hours.

Carrier vetting and onboarding (for brokers)

Pulls FMCSA, insurance, and authority data on inbound carriers. Auto-checks references, watches for red flags, and surfaces a vet score before you book. Cuts the most labor-intensive part of broker ops.

Maintenance and downtime predictor

Pulls ELD telematics, mileage, and historical service records. Flags trucks heading for issues before they break down on the road, schedules service in low-load windows, and tracks parts inventory.

HOS and compliance assistant

Watches driver hours and DOT compliance, flags drivers approaching limits, and suggests dispatch adjustments before a violation happens. Keeps your CSA score healthy.

We understand the unit economics

Trucking and logistics is one of the few industries where every decision can be measured in pennies per mile. Margin doesn't survive software that's wrong about that.

Our team has underwritten freight businesses, evaluated logistics deals, and operated small businesses with their own delivery and dispatch components. We know what a CSA score is worth, what a deadhead percentage tells you, and why a 30-minute dwell beats a five-minute fuel stop in the wrong place. That perspective shapes every recommendation: tools that protect margin, not tools that look impressive at a TMS conference.

And we build to integrate with what you already run: your TMS, your ELD, your accounting system. We're not asking you to switch platforms.

What carriers and brokers ask

Specific to the questions we hear most often. For general questions, see our main FAQ.

Will this integrate with our TMS, ELD, and load boards?
Yes. McLeod, TMW, AscendTMS, Tailwind, ITS Dispatch, Samsara, KeepTruckin, Motive, Geotab, DAT, Truckstop, and most of the systems carriers and brokers run expose APIs we can build against. We integrate with FMCSA's public data services for carrier vetting. Discovery includes mapping your stack so the build extends what you have.
How does this handle FMCSA, DOT, and HOS compliance?
Compliance lives in how the system is configured, not in whether it's AI. We build in HOS rule enforcement, driver-hour visibility, and CSA-impacting alerts as first-class features. Anything compliance-relevant has a clear audit trail. We do not have AI override or auto-decide on regulated actions; humans approve dispatch decisions that touch HOS, drug-and-alcohol policy, or driver qualification.
Will this replace our dispatchers?
No, and that's not the goal. Good dispatchers are operationally valuable: relationship-driven, instinct-driven, and faster than software at the genuinely complex calls. The right scope for AI is the routine work that buries them: load matching first passes, paperwork chasing, ETA updates, compliance checks. They get to spend their time on the calls only they can make.
We're a small carrier, five trucks. Is this overkill?
Smaller carriers often capture more upside per dollar than big ones, because the savings hit immediately. Three percent fewer empty miles across five trucks is real money on the bottom line, and the rollout doesn't require a change-management committee. We size the build to the operation: a five-truck carrier doesn't need the same dispatch logic as a 500-truck fleet, and the price scales accordingly.
