For decades, only enterprise budgets could justify building tailored ERPs, CRMs, or internal tools, everyone else paid for generic SaaS that almost fits. AI-assisted development has collapsed those costs. We can now build software shaped exactly to your business, often for less than a year of subscription fees on the off-the-shelf alternative, and you own it outright.

Engagements typically start with a paid discovery sprint in the low four figures, followed by build work scoped to the project. Most custom AI tools land between $5,000 and $25,000, with optional ongoing maintenance retainers. We share a fixed-fee proposal before any build begins, so there are no surprises.

Discovery takes one to two weeks. A focused custom AI tool usually ships in two to six weeks after that, depending on integrations and approvals on your side. We work in short iterations and show progress weekly so you always know where things stand.

We use enterprise AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) under their no-training data policies, deploy to your own cloud accounts when possible, and follow least-privilege access for any tool we connect. For regulated industries, we scope additional controls upfront and can sign NDAs or BAAs as needed.

You own the system and the code. Most clients keep us on a light maintenance retainer to monitor performance, handle model updates, and ship improvements as your business changes. If you'd rather take it fully in-house, we hand off documentation and train your team.
